Jo Stewart

Jo was recently selected by Yoga Lunchbox as one of Australia and New Zealand's Best Up and Coming Yoga Teachers in 2016! Read more here  She discovered yoga while studying Visual Art at RMIT in 1998, and since then she has found that practicing meditation and yoga helps her enjoy living and creating to her full potential. Jo’s creative approach adapts to each practitioners individual needs, with a focus on body positivity, compassion and inclusivity. Rane Bowen

Rane was introduced to yoga in the late nineties, and while he enjoyed it, he didn't really commit to a regular practice until he and Jo met in 2007. Their yoga adventures have taken them all over the world, including India, America, Bali and teaching together at Kawai Purapura Yoga festival in New Zealand. Rane also works as web developer and is particularly interested in the intersection of meditation and technology.
