She has a fascination with the anatomy of the subtle body, and relaying this in a way that is relatable and understandable, enabling students to feel into their bodies, create space with an ultimate goal to unlock energy and all the magic within the body!
With an extensive background in various movement disciplines and anatomical studies, you will be guided through a creatively sequenced dynamic flow practice with different elements woven throughout.
Julia strives to create a relaxed and playful atmosphere, encouraging thoughts and actions of self love, expression, strength and a sense of physical and mental resilience in her students.
Julia’s physical teachings aim to create 360 degree movement, joint mobility and stability, while achieving a deeply meditative practice. “I love for my students to leave class feeling or learning something new about themselves, whether it be a way to simply breathe, move or even a new thought process.”
