Get certified to teach LV Chair Yoga in this 32 hour Teacher Training Course! GET FIT WHERE YOU SIT!
This course is comprehensive, in-depth and will teach you everything you need to know in order to teach Chair Yoga to many populations, safely and effectively. It is open to yoga and non-yoga teachers such as medical or mental health professionals, community or aged care workers, teachers, corporate workers or anyone who would like to share the benefits of Yoga with more of their community. Must have some previous yoga experience (practice or teaching).
The course consists of 32 hours of study including 2 days of face to face study. There will be 16 hrs of home study to be completed within one month after the face to face portion of the training. This will include some study of the manual, DVD and online content and will given to you when we meet on the first day of training. You may study this at your own pace, within the one month time-frame (eg you can finish this earlier than one month if you prefer). Upon submission of the checklist of work and 16 question assessment, your certificate will be issued.
Course cost includes all training materials including 200+ page manual, access to online content, DVD plus online versions of Lakshmi's DVD and CD.

Claire is from Sydney, Australia and is an expert in her field. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and is a qualified Yoga Therapist, among many other certifications. She has been in the Fitness Industry for more than 20 years.
During this time she has developed a passion for helping others to live not only a healthy life but a happy one. She is dedicated to creating exercise sessions that are welcoming and inclusive for everybody. Her classes are not only beneficial for the physical body and improving physical health, but are also fun, empowering and inspiring people to feel happier, healthier and to live their lives to the fullest no matter who they are or what stage of life they are at. Her goals are to improve the lives and positively impact all who she comes into contact with.
