Chair Yoga - Belly & Spine

Hold and release the belly and articulate the spine

In this 30 minute session, we start with a short meditation before warming up the joints of the hands, ankles and knees. We then work on drawing in and releasing the belly button before articulating movement through the spine.

We then finish with a short warrior sequence and a guided relaxation.

All you need is a chair!
