We've all heard the expression "Don't take back pain lying down", but the question is, what to do instead?

Here is a sequence of gentle movements that can be helpful, and a brief explanation of how movement can help with pain management.

Always see your doctor or physiotherapist if you are experiencing pain. Everyone is unique, so some of these movements may not be helpful for you, but hopefully you will find some that are within this selection.

You'll need a theraband.
