Nourish the calves and feet

This class was inspired by Jo's sore calves - highly recommended if you've been sedentary and then gone for a long walk.

It's also a great practice to do if you're on your feet all day or as a warm up before your walk or run.

The props you'll need are: a peanut/tennis ball/foam roller, optional block and an optional pillow.
